The best dermatologist office I’ve been to! The front staff are all friendly and efficient. The MAs Alia and Johanna are wonderful and are always smiling making it a welcoming environment. Dr. Samlaska has by far blown me away. He is very knowledgeable and still keeps up with new medical literature. He is very thorough and has answers and solutions to skincare concerns no one else has been able to diagnose. 11/10 recommend Academic Dermatology of Nevada!

Dr. Samalsky is great! I’ve been going to him for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and professional and listens to everything you have to say and explains in detail what it is. He has a really nice way about him and answers all your questions and concerns and always fixes the problem.

Words cannot express how awesome this office is. A few months ago I started getting a rash on my arms and legs. I had gone to my PCP doctor who did test but had no idea what it was. So she referred me to a dermatologist. When I called that office they could not get me in till end of January almost three months away. My friend referred me to Academic Dermatology today. I decided to stop in since the office was on my way home just to make an appointment. I walked in they said they take my insurance and can also see me right then. I couldn’t believe. I filled out the paperwork and they got me right back. First a very nice student resident Victoria came in and spoke to me. She asked me many questions took down everything and brought in Dr. Samlaska along with his assistant Alia. Right away when Dr. Samlaska saw my rash he knew immediately what it was. Gave me a trial medication which they had in the office. Right then, set up a follow up appointment to see me. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. Alia the doctor’s assistant said to call her at the office if I have any questions about the prescriptions they had prescribed for me. So if you need to see a dermatologist I highly recommend coming into this office. Ask to see Dr. Samlaska and his team. Thank you again Dr. Samlaska, Victoria, and Alia. You guys are amazing. See you in 30 days for my follow up.

Been a patient here since 2010. No other practice
will beat the efficiency and professionalism of this office. The staff is friendly and responsive. My appointments always run on time. This morning’s appointment was at 8:45. I’m out the door at 9am. I cannot recommend this practice enough. They go above and beyond for their patients here ; a rarity these days in Nevada especially.
